VISION

To groom journalists with a combination of advanced professional skills and humanitarian outlook

MISSION
To create a sense of social responsibility among the prospective journalists and equip them to face the challenges offered by the acutely competitive world of the media.

GOALS

  • To encourage students to take up field work by writing for newspapers and magazines
  • To organize frequent workshops and special lecturers on effective communication, photography and feature writing by eminent academicians and senior journalists
  • To start postgraduate courses and diplomas in journalism
  • To equip the department with a full-fledged studio and to start a community radio

2020-2021ನೇ ಹಾಗೂ 2021-2022ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಶುಲ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ಪಡೆದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮರುಭರಿಕೆ ಶುಲ್ಕದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದೇ ಇರುವ ಕುರಿತು.
ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಪ್ರವೇಶಾತಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು.
